Sobre Mi:
I'm the Director of the Centro para el Enriquecimiento de la Docencia y Tecnología Educativa (CEDTEC) at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. This Center supports faculty on teaching and learning innovation and also in the incorporation of technology to their practices.
I studied a BA at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, an MA in social psychology at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a PhD in Social and Community Psychology at Universidad de Puerto Rico. At present I'm working on my PhD dissertation on cyber citizen practices.
Research interests: health, media, culture, community, gender, cognitive development, education and social movements.

I'm working my PhD dissertation in psychosocial impact of new Technologies of Information and Communication, specifically in cyber citizen practices, social movements and political practices in the web.
Through my work at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, I do research on the use of technology in educational settings, with special interest in online teaching and learning and the cognitive and cultural impact of the use of new technologies.
