Serves as Deputy Division Director (DDD) of the Division of Equity for Excellence in STEM (EES) and as a member of the Directorate for STEM Education (EDU) leadership team. As part of EDU senior leadership, shares responsibility for developing the programmatic focus of the Directorate and efficiently connecting this with the operational functions of the agency, including the Alliances for Graduate Education and the Professoriate, Increasing the Participation and Advancement of Women in Academic and Science Careers (ADVANCE), Centers of Research Excellence in Science and Technology, EDU Core Research, Historically Black Colleges and Universities Undergraduate Education Program, Hispanic Serving Institutions Program, Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation, and the Tribal Colleges and Universities Program.
