A microbiologist at heart, I graduated with a BS in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico in 2005 and completed an MS degree in Environmental Health at the Graduate School of Public Health at the University of Puerto Rico in 2007. I have always been passionate about the environment and how it affects global health. My interest in global health has enabled me to travel and implement laboratory training programs in Latin America throughout my career. I currently work at the Task Force for Global Health as a Training Manager focusing on public health workforce capacity building.
